SAVE THE DATE! 2024 Teaching and Learning Symposium will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024
This edition centers on "Cultivating Inclusion through Connection" aiming to unite faculty and educators to explore strategies for connecting students to their community, classroom, and campus.
Join us for engaging discussions and an interactive workshop with keynote speakers Julie Stanton from the University of Georgia and her co-researcher, Birook Mekonnen. Check our Teaching Symposium page for further details.
Participate in the event and engage in the teaching talk series by submitting a proposal. Share your insights on strategies to nurture connections among students in their community, classroom, and campus. First consideration for proposals submitted by Monday, February 19.
Join the Inclusive Teaching Academy: An Innovative Faculty Program!
Embark on a 12-week journey with two transformative phases:
• Engage in a 6-week Inclusive STEM Teaching Project MOOC, a part of the NSF Improving Undergraduate STEM Education program, enriched with CETL-led community practice.
• Participate in course planning workshops to effectively implement inclusive teaching strategies.
